Arrival / Load-In Information

Character Magic comes with ALL the needed hardware, sound

equipment, and materials needed to enjoy a first-class program.

1 hour prior to the start of your program, we will arrive at your

school with 3-4 crates to begin setting-up in the performance area.

The performance area should be at least

18’ x 14’, clean, clear of any students or

obstructions, be well lit, and have access

to 2 standard (110 volt) power outlets.

Front steps are required if using a stage.
